Lotus Edge Boca Raton: Models, Prices and How to Visit

Lotus Edge is GL Homes' contemporary community in West Boca Raton, off Lyons Road north of Glades Road. I have filmed tours of its model homes, and viewers ask me the same questions every time. What does each plan cost? What is included? How long does it take to build? Here are the answers in one place.

Fourteen plans in two collections

Every home at Lotus Edge is a contemporary design, and the plans come in two collections. On October 14, 2026, GL Homes' website listed the Fiji Collection from about $1.7M and the Bali Collection from about $2.3M, with the community as a whole running from $1.7M to more than $4M.

Every plan comes in two finish levels, Select and Premium. The difference is mostly on the outside of the house: the elevation and the exterior finishes. Compared with the price of the home, the gap between the two is small.

These prices come from the builder's pricing guide, effective May 2, 2026. Each plan is listed as Select / Premium. Square footage is air-conditioned living area.

These prices assume a standard homesite. Premium homesites and optional features cost extra, and the builder can change prices at any time. The prices in my video tours were correct on the day I filmed. Ask me for today's numbers before you plan around any of them.

The decorated models are for sale

All of the decorated model homes at Lotus Edge are now for sale, and they are selling quickly. A model comes with its designer finishes already in place, so it is priced separately from the Select and Premium prices above. What is included, and what costs extra

• Standard features: GL Homes lists gourmet kitchens, quartz countertops and upgraded flooring as standard.
• Extras: design-center selections, structural options and premium homesites are added on top of the base price. Set your budget for these before your design appointment, not during it.
• HOA: dues are currently about $750 a month and cover the resort-style amenities. Meals at the on-site restaurant are paid separately. Confirm the current dues and any other community fees in the purchase documents.

Life inside the gates

Everything is in one place, and that is the main reason buyers are drawn to Lotus Edge. The 39,000-square-foot clubhouse has a restaurant and lounge, resort and lap pools, a fitness center, a yoga garden, an indoor sports court and a cold plunge. Outside there is a racquet club with tennis, pickleball and padel, plus a kids' zone and splash park and a teen club room. The neighborhood is quiet and suburban, a few minutes from the Turnpike and Town Center.

If you would rather walk to restaurants and shops downtown, a place closer to central Boca may suit you better. If schools matter to you, check the assignment for the exact address with the School District of Palm Beach County.

My personal favorite plan is the Sumatra Grand. A loft, a media room, and a club room that can become a sixth bedroom make it a home that can change as your needs do.

Build to order or move in now

A home built to order typically takes 8 to 12 months. If you need to move sooner, look at the quick move-in homes and the decorated models.

The financing incentive

As of this writing, GL Homes advertises savings of up to $20,000 on closing costs when you finance through GL Financial, its affiliated mortgage company, and close with Nova Title. Terms apply, and you are not required to use either company to buy a home. Get a loan estimate from an independent lender as well and compare the whole package. How to visit with your own agent

The sales team at Lotus Edge represents GL Homes. To have your own agent, I need to be with you in person on your first visit, so the builder can register me as your agent. If you go alone first, you will usually be working only with the builder's team. Having me represent you typically costs you nothing, because the builder pays the agent's commission.
